A Mid-Century umbrella stand with body of black lacquered and perforated metal, with brass trim. The base is of heavy cast iron - giving the piece stability - which has a brass cover.
The stand is in good vintage condition, with signs of wear in line with age and use as one might expect, particularly to the brass, and remains a practical and attractive piece.
