A beautiful mid-century cascade chandelier comprising seven metal shades with charcoal-brown finish and brass cones, all hanging from a seven-way brass ceiling canopy. Nicely made with an attractive sculptural silhouette. Widely attributed to Hans Agne Jakobsson of Sweden, however there is no label so we can't be sure.
Light age-appropriate wear including minor imperfections to the finish and an aged patina with fine cracking to the brass, only visible on close inspection. See images for details and overview.
Wiring and Bulbs:
The wiring is original and we advise this is tested/replaced prior to install. Each shade has a lamp-holder taking an E14 small screw-fitting bulb; we recommend low-heat models.
