Small decorative dish or vide-poche by ceramicist Georges Pelletier, France.
Handmade ceramic, with an attractive design in off-white with gold and copper-lustre details. The piece is glazed with a mixture of glossy and matte finish. Mounted with a hanging wire for display, and signed in gold to the reverse.
The piece is in good vintage condition with signs of wear in line with age and use, mainly seen in close-ups to the gold edge. The lustre finish reflects the tones slightly differently according to the light; the images are taken in daylight to give an impression of range.
