A charming wall-mounted circular vanity mirror in a gilt-brass frame, with decorative surround of high quality crystal pieces. Attributed to Palme and Walter (or Palwa), second half 20th century.
Well-designed and constructed piece, with a pleasing sparkle to the crystal frame, which overhangs and reflects in the mirror glass. Overall the piece is in good vintage condition with a nice patina and deep tone to the metal. For best colour, we suggest image 3. There is light age-appropriate wear, including some nibbles to the crystals and some renewed fixings; for us these points are visible on very close inspection only.
