Unusual chandelier with gold satin lacquer finish; twelve arms in two tiers, each ending in an inverted trumpet and decorative stems. Italian, 1960s.
A fabulous piece in good vintage condition: a small dent at the top of one arm, and a couple of small holes in the top of two arms which are not visible from below; light wear to the lacquer throughout in line with age giving a soft patina.
New wiring taking small screw-fitting bulbs (one bulb-holder has been replaced, the rest are original); we recommend low heat bulbs.
